Founded in 1973 in London Ontario, Stinson Security Services has grown into a mature, stable organization. More than 300 employees are located at sites throughout Southwestern Ontario, including some of London’s most respected health care, industrial, educational and retail facilities. Stinson Security Services’ success in building and motivating an experienced force is a result of the family’s effort to maintain personal contact with each employee and offer above-average remuneration and training — factors which benefit all of the company’s clients.
President, David R. Stinson, Vice President Shana Stinson and CEO George Stinson offer many years of experience in security placement, consulting and private investigations. David, George and Shana devote their efforts to direct involvement with their clients in the custom-design, monitoring and continuous evaluation of all security services. Margaret Stinson and a small, reliable office staff round out an efficient, family-owned local business.
David has been with Stinson Security since 1982. Working in many capacities such as Security Guard, Patrol Supervisor, Scheduling, Vice President and now President, David has many years of experience and knowledge to offer our clients.
Available for on site assessments, whether it be for guard coverage, alarm systems, camera systems, crime prevention through environmental design or alarm response, David is able to assist, advise and direct you to meet your specific security needs.
Shana Stinson joined the family business in 1991 and worked as a security guard while attending university. She gained valuable experience at different job sites and on mobile patrols. She then moved to the School Crossing Guard Supervisor position.
Shana is now Vice President and assists in the day-to-day running of the company, liaises with all sites, guards, clients and is the company payroll/benefits expert.
